Cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 (seven) working days following the day on which you receive the goods. This applies to all of our products except for custom-made and commissioned jewellery items. To cancel your purchase within the 7 working days cooling-off period, please follow the easy and simple process described by our return procedures.
All jewellery sold on our 750jewellery website is backed with a limited lifetime repair or replacement warranty, which means that for as long as the original purchaser owns our jewellery they are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship. 750jewellery shall either repair or replace the defective product or component at no charge. Jewellery found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our option.
Our limited lifetime repair or replacement warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only (based upon OUR inspection and sole determination) and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft and deterioration resulting from accident, negligence, or tampering. Our warranty is valid only at 750jewellery. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than 750jewellery will void this warranty.
Warranty policy
All jewellery purchased from our 750jewellery website is covered by a limited lifetime repair or replacement warranty for any defect, such as, but not limited to breakage, noticeable deformation, bending and denting that might occur with normal wear. Loss or damage is not covered resulting from abuse, normal wear, mysterious disappearance or repair, sizing or any other work done on your jewellery other than by 750jewellery or another jewellery company that we have specifically authorized. 750jewellery will repair or replace your setting at our option, if it is defective in materials or craftsmanship.
Any claim arising under this limited lifetime warranty must be submitted by the original purchaser and shall include proof of purchase. During said warranty period 750jewellery shall, at its option, either replace or repair, at no charge to the original purchaser, any parts or components that are found to be defective by 750jewellery. 750jewellery shall not be responsible for or obligated to pay for shipping or other transportation related costs or expenses in connection with any defective products or components that are either returned to 750jewellery facility or any authorized repair partner and/or any replacement products or components that are shipped from 750jewellery pursuant to this warranty.
Return Procedures
To send us the defective jewellery to be repaired or replaced, please box up your jewellery article(s) wrapping each piece securely and send it to us prepaid and insured for the full price by a traceable carrier such as Royal Mail registered post with a copy of your receipt to;

Our experts will inspect the returned contents upon receipt of your return for any signs of wear, tear and tampering before issuing refunds, replacements or credits. You should be aware that once the return process begins you will not be able to cancel any additional contracts you may have with us until the return process is complete. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product, which will be deducted from your refund unless we delivered the wrong product to you, or if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
750jewellery does NOT cover the following
The loss, theft or mysterious disappearance of the centre and/or side stones;
resizing by one full ring size up or down;
theft, loss and/or mysterious disappearance of the jewellery article(s);
damage resulting from unauthorized repair; damage caused during delivery, negligence, misuse or abuse;
Alteration or intervention performed other than by an authorized 750jewellery partner;
Jewellery article(s) with altered or removed hallmarked stamps;
cost of shipping to or from 750jewellery service facility.
This limited lifetime repair or replacement warranty is valid only at 750jewellery. Improper repair or service performed by someone other than 750jewellery will void this warranty. 750jewellery limited lifetime warranty is valid only for products owned by the original purchaser and purchased at 750jewellery. A proof of purchase must be provided in order to receive the warranty service

750JEWELLERY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY EXCEED THE REPLACEMENT COST OF ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR COMPONENT THEREOF, AND FAMEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGE OR LOSS NOT EXPRESSLY ASSUMED AS SET FORTH HEREIN
